Hardware

No scanner required to start — add one once volume justifies it.

The same scan → staging → pricing pipeline runs on whatever you feed it: an ADF scanner batch, or single photos from your phone. Nothing to install to try the Starter tier.

Start free with your phone. Snap photos card-by-card in the same Scan screen — no hardware purchase, no driver setup. Practical for lower-volume sellers, and for scanning on the go at conventions or trade shows where a desktop scanner isn't an option.
Scaling up? Recommended: Ricoh fi-8170 (≈500–700 €) — proven in our pilot deployment, scan-to-folder with no driver install. Pays off once you're batching hundreds of cards a week.

Common questions

How fast will my request be handled?

Lumex Pro is currently in closed beta — there's no automated checkout yet. Every request goes straight to our team, and we get back to you personally by email as quickly as we can.

What exactly does 0% commission mean?

You only pay your tier's fixed monthly fee — no extra commission on cards you sell or list, regardless of revenue. Marketplace fees charged by the sales channel itself (e.g. Cardmarket) aren't included.

Do I need a scanner to get started?

No — your phone is enough to start. The full scan-to-listing workflow works the same with photos as with a dedicated scanner. See the hardware section above for details.

Are the listed prices final?

The Starter tier (29 €/mo.) is our current target price. Growth (45 €/mo.) and Pro (75 €/mo.) are provisional estimates we're still validating with pilot customers — you'll get an exact quote with your request.
